A.I remember signing for a flat with these guys back in November, the agent that we delt with was very rude. We we're rushed and when we asked about moving a bed into the flat we were borderlined threatened by being bluntly and rudely told that if they had known this we would not have been considered for the flat. Luckily our landlord is lovely and was more than happy to make a compromise, but Ray white themselves seemed as if they wanted nothing to do with us. If you're looking for someone to help rent a house, do NOT go with these people, they will make your new tenants feel awful from day 1.
EDIT:
The team at Ray White invited me to call them and discuss what had happened. It appears to me that they are actively trying to improve their process. For that I'm changing the rating from one star to three, as they are taking my feedback seriously.
