Outstanding! The quality of service is excellent and these guys are great in keeping up with the market trend that helped us in buying a investment property in Hamilton and that too in lockdown! Also, Kudos to one of the team members, Tejpal - who went that extra mile for us sharing his insights and with his involvement we made possible of buying the house without even seeing it physically. She didn’t disappoint, she worked thoroughly to gain the outcome we needed. Elissa’s communication and feedback after each viewing was always thorough and extremely constructive. Donna Coxon is the most professional property manager I’ve ever met. She is warm and engaging with a positive attitude. She is willing to listen to the issues, then comes back with a constructive plan for the benefits for both the landlord and tenants. She is not afraid to give her opinions - be it good or bad but that’s what I needed to move forward with the properties. I highly speak of Donna and would recommend her to my friends an family!

Excellent service from Tejpal. His expertise, knowledge, patience levels are extremely impressive. He understands customer requirements in detail and does the fantastic job. Owning house and getting into ladder in Auckland market is dream comes true just because of Tejpal. He wears the hat of customer, so that buyer need not to worry about due diligence. My wife and I worked with Adam Humphris in the purchase of our house. Adam was able to work with us quite well. We had many weird requests, a long list of homes to sort through and weird work hours. I appreciated that Adam worked for us by giving us hints on what to keep in mind when purchasing a house, willingness to complete a sale when the listing was with a different agency and meeting us after normal working hours. My overall impression of Ray White has improved, and I would be more than happy to work with Adam in the future.
