We have used Trevor Goldsmith to sell two houses and I can honestly say with Trevor the process is just easy. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that the seller is comfortable and calm at all stages of the process. Stacey Smith was our real estate agent recently when we sold our home in Glen Eden. I've recently experienced Brendan Smith from LJ Hooker Titirangi while looking to purchase a property. I would definitely use his services should I be looking to sell, Here's Why: Good Energy, fast reaction times, active and pro active even after hours, (when no sane person should be working). I'd rather have him as my selling agent than purchasing thru him, because he did a good job of getting his client their desired price in the face of me considering otherwise. As per the 5 stars, definitely recommended.
