I haven't know Diane long but from the first meeting as a potential (and now actual) rental manager what stood out was her professional, diligent approach to her work. I think Diane has found the secret to the 48 hour day (!!) she responds to all texts and emails with lightening speed and has excellent communication skills. Diane is also personable and friendly, and I feel that she is committed to her work rather than simply getting the job done. As a renter I feel very happy to be dealing with Diane!

Diane is an amazing property manager. Always contactable, replies to texts even on the weekends and gives good notice for house inspections when they need to be done. When ever there is a issue, plumbing etc, she sorts it straight away. I recommend her 100%

Diane is the best property manager I have dealt with to this date. I was looking to move into a new place within a week during covid restrictions and Diane understood my concerns and sped up the process so that I could find a suitable place to stay at the earliest. During my stay she heard out all my queries and swiftly resolved them. She is very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Diane Leef is an exceptional well trained professional. Diane is a pleasure to work with and highly recommended. She is kind and will go the extra mile for all her clients, landlords and tenants alike. Diane has been working with our family as a property manager and letting agent for over seven years, the service is excellent with minimal involvement by us. The letting is always professionally handled, after each viewing I get a report of prospective tenants. Diane has found us very good tenants, and we will continue to use her for all our properties in the future. Diane made an instant difference when she took over from the former property manager. Diane puts herself in our shoes when dealing with tenants, taking the extra mile and going above and beyond. If it's review for Diane as a Property Manager then it's a 5 Star rating. Last year especially, she has had to deal 'problem tenants' over and above her normal management duties which have been excellent. Diane always keeps me informed, has a great manner with our tenants and nothing is too much trouble to her. We highly recommend Diane for anyone looking for a property manager of the highest regard.

It has been excellent working with Diane during our current tenancy. We run a community programme for young adults out of the address and Diane has supported us from the get-go, firstly to secure the property and since then to ensure that amidst the chaos of COVID we have been looked after. Diane holds a fair middle ground between supporting her clients and also us as tenants. Her inspections are thorough and excellent learning experiences for our young adults who reside in the property. Her communication is always clear and prompt and any issues with the property have generally been resolved quickly and adequately. Thanks Diane for your work and continued support.

Diane Leef has been our Property Manager at Rentex since 2016 and has been wonderful to work with. She cares not only for the owners she works with but also the tenants and is very responsive in all matters relating to our rental properties. Diane can be reached at all times when issues arise and takes care of them promptly and efficiently. I am a tenant who has enjoyed three years now in my flat, and always have had such excellent service and help for anything, nothing is too much trouble. I have found my manager Iris Yu to be thoroughly professional, personable and quick to respond to any problem on the property, no matter how small.

I am very impressed by the way Jai Hillman found a new tenant for my rental. She adviced me on a realistic rent I could ask after she saw the property, advertised it with enough photos to show the property, took persons regularly to view when they expressed interest and kept me updated after each viewing. In one week I had a new tenant and the rental agreement was signed. It was very easy to work with her, I saw her twice, first when she inspected the property to advice about the weekly rent and received the keys and the last time when she handed the keys back. The whole procedure was fast and efficient.

Went to their offices to return the keys to the property we had rented through them. Overall good company to do business with and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Had regular inspections during the time we were in the property and they have a fixed pre inspection that they refer to and makes the inspection easier. Highly recommended for future business with the company.
