Elaine is an amazing property manager. She helped us with getting the property we wanted to rent, and has been great in managing the lease. Very prompt with her response, and always willing to help. We rented in East Auckland for 18 months and our property manager Jimmy was by far the best property manager we have ever had. Nothing was an issue to fix and he would get onto it super fast. Handover at the end was easy and straightforward and he was more than accommodating when we needed a little more time for cleaning. Would 100% recommend to all.
