J.I would definitely recommend Mike his attention to detail and comprehensive report with lots of supporting photos really makes it easy to understand what it is your looking at. I would have no qualms in recommending him to other potential purchasers or home owners wanting a building report. Both Mike and his team are wonderful and easy to communicate with. 5 Stars!
M.Mike is super professional and has an 'old school' knowledge of the all the nuances (mind fields) within the building sector. His understanding and advice on possible building remedial work is invaluable. We used his service 3 times before settling on the right property for us! R.I have had the need to use Mike Davidson of The Inspectors twice over the past few months, as I searched for, and finally purchased a new house. Having not bought or sold for over sixteen years, I was out of touch with building materials and unforeseen pitfalls. Allie, the lady Mike has on reception was so very kind and helpful, and Mike himself did an amazing job of inspecting two houses for me. He inspected even the most tucked away spaces, took photos, and gave me a very professional report. B.The Inspectors (Mike and Ali) were fantastic to deal with when we were looking to purchase a house. During a six week period we were in regular contact with Ali, arranging and cancelling inspections as the market changed around us. At all times their responses to us were timely and very accommodating.
The inspection bookings with the agents went smoothly without us needing to be involved.
The inspection report was very thorough, covering both the inside and outside of the house. Mike phoned us to talk through and explain his findings and provided lots of photographs with informative commentary.
