I recently sold my house and purchased a new house in the same week through Bronwyn and Gaston. I listed with the ProAgent team as they have a strong local presence and I thought this would put me in the best position to be matched with potential buyers. The listing process was easy and Bronwyn and Gaston were a dream to work with - they were even able to suggest my next house for me before it came on the market. I'm very pleased with the result on both houses, and would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling.

Selling our property with Gaston and his team was a breeze. Gaston kept us up to date with everything we needed to know, took care of our property while we were away and organised all that was needed for our house to be presented the best possible way. I have received varying degrees of support from Estate agents in the past. Some agents offer little support and never call with new properties and at the other end of the scale, and equally bad in my opinion, is when an agent hassles you daily and emails or rings with properties that really aren't appropriate. Bronwyn is situated exactly where I'd want on this spectrum. We were kept regularly updated with new and applicable properties, but never once felt hassled. Whenever I asked a question I'd always receive an answer within 24hrs. On one occasion I managed to change a connecting flight through Auckland to allow me 6 hrs of viewings at no notice. Bronwyn some how set up a schedule with 6 properties and one of these properties we ended up buying. Her advice during the auction was invaluable too. I'd have no qualms recommending her to anyone buying or selling a property.

We worked with Gaston and really appreciated his dedication to helping us purchase our property. There were lots of complications but we got there in the end and thank him for his patience and for keeping the vendors informed of our situation.
