E.When I opted to move out of Auckland midway through 2015 I left my house and lifestyle block in Clevedon behind. I decided to put it on the market in October 2015 and proceeded to tidy the property up ready for the photo-shoot. Thomas had the listing and posted the photos on the internet one Wednesday afternoon, receiving a couple of enquiries almost immediately. A local couple viewed the place the following day and made their offer before the first scheduled Open Home. Thomas handled everything for me with absolute professionalism and the deal went smoothly with two very happy clients. Can't recommend him highly enough!!
