Lee Hoang from Tuscancity is a pleasure to work with. She responds swiftly and attends to all requests or problems with ease. She is someone you can trust and makes sure your rental experience is smooth and hassle free. Having a good agent to deal with is what makes your tenancy a great experience.

One of the best responsive business ever. I would always get my questions answered within one business day (most often less than 12 hours) and this is a golden quality trait as most Tenant Agency will delay their response after a tenant has move out based on my experience. During my stay, they will provide sufficient notice for any inspection/viewing and would always respect my opinion for any rearrangement or inconvenient. Highly recommend!!!

Have been with tuscancity for about 6 years. They have been amazing company and team to rent with. Aaron has been the professional, flexible,helpful and always quick to responds to email. Its hard to find agents like them in Auckland. Lee has been great to rent with. She is helpful and solves problems quickly if anything arrises. In short you will be well looked after if you rent with them.

We had a great experience as tenants with Tuscancity. I would say that they have high standards as property managers and expect you to be good tenants, but they look after you well in return. We always had extremely efficient service when requiring repairs to chattels or maintenance, far superior to any other property management company we have been with. The rules are very clearly stipulated in every bit of documentation and as tenants we appreciated the transparency with expectations in regards to cleanliness, fees and moving out requirements. We had zero issues in our year and a half renting with them and anything we needed was taken care of in a timely manor. It’s been quite a shock to the system now renting privately in an extremely unprofessional circumstance after our time with Tuscancity being so utterly professional and rule abiding. I would happily rent with them again if we were to move back to Auckland.

Tuscancity Property Management team is awesome. They are managing quite a lot of Apartments in Auckland Cbd and they always help to tenants. Property Manager Lee Hoang is managing Apartments in Cbd building which is managed by Active building Management and She is always a helpful person to contact tenants for any kind of issue. so quick to respond to emails and calls. I truly love our apartment in the city. I have the best flat comparing to all my friends in Auckland. We were getting our own place otherwise we would have continued to rent the flat with them. I have to say the procedure for moving in and out were so simple and easy, we kept our flat clean and tidy before we move out and the bond was refunded to us within 3 weeks. Even though we had a little bit of misunderstanding at the beginning but I would still rate them for 5 stars, they are keep trying to improve their service throughout the year. I was abit shock to see people rated 1 star. Running a business isn’t easy and who doesn’t make mistakes? Personally I would recommend my friends rent from them.

I don't really write reviews (prefer to do 'contributions' when exploring new places) but when I saw the low rating for Tuscancity after I had rented a great apartment through them (as did a colleague), I felt compelled to leave one. I found the agency to be very professional and helpful. They answered lots of questions promptly and were punctual with appointments (thanks Luisa!). Would definitely use them again !

We rent an apartment through Tuscancity in Takapuna, and have only had great service from the whole team. From day one of applying for property the communication has been responsive and professional. They continue to keep us up to date with any changes regarding property and rental, and are quick to sort out any issues that come up. I feel my rights as a tenant are cared for, unlike with other large agencies where you're simply a number that goes unanswered.

I am lucky enough to be able rent an apartment in Auckland CBD. The apartment looks exactly as what was described when viewed. I have seen other reviews on here discriminating the company, but do not be fooled by these comments! I have had no problems with communication, the apartment and service. Would highly recommend to anyone new to Auckland or someone currently wanting to rent a property.

Tuscancity have been amazing to stay with. Lee has always been very helpful and professional to deal with and if I ever needed help or just had a question in general she was always very responsive and resolved the situation. Thanks Lee and Tuscancity!

I rented an apartment in the Auckland CBD with Tuscan City I cant say enough positive things about Aaron. He was really helpful with everything I needed for my new apartment. I lived in apartments across the world and never experience the service Tuscan City has to offer. Even on the weekends Aaron was there to provide the service I expected.

We rented a lovely flat with Tuscancity for 6 months in Albert Street, it was clean, fully furnished (with new or recent furnitures) and good looking. Was very good compared to what we see with other agency for the same price (dust, very used bed yellow matress, holes in the sofa etc...) They have a strict policy for the cleaning but everything is in the contract, if you take care of your place you won't have any probleme.

Responsive, Friendly and overall great experience. Renting can be tough but they really do go out of the way to make it less daunting.

Firstly; one of the most easiest and most comfortable experiences dealing with Aaron. Secondly; he showed such great knowledge and understanding, being available outside of his usual hours made the entire process seamless.

Aaron was very helpful during our tenancy. They have a great attention to deal and communication even if it were a short quick response was always present.

My interactions with Aaron Always helpful and I have always received the best costumers services... I do highly recommend Tuscancity’s services Thank you very much.
