M.Stefan and his team have been managing our Auckland CBD apartments since October 2017 and we would highly recommend Zodiak. Stefan is very pro active and very easy to deal with addressing any issues very promptly and taking care of our property as if it were his own. He has a great team of specialists / tradespeople for cleaning and maintainence issues and is very willing to assist in any way. Monthly earnings are paid on time with a clear explaination of income and any expenses. We are very happy with the return on our apartments and wouldnt use any other company.

A.It was tough to find a short > long term accommodation in Auckland as tourists and more so during COVID. The zodiak management team made it so simple to book a stay and got us in swiftly.
