Our experience with Lorraine of Harcourts could not have been better. As we were doing this on line from a level 3 Auckland we were naturally abit nervous. Are you looking for the best and most honest real estate agent around. After returning to New Zealand from a forty year absence, happen to stop by the real estate office and asked to see a agent to get some info. Martin came in and introduced himself to my brother and I. We explained to Martin that we were looking to purchase a house and needed a agent to represent us as is the custom in the USA. Martin explained to us that in NZ real estate agents usually only represent the seller but he would be more than happy to assist us in any way he could. He then listened to what we were looking for and gave us a summary of how the market runs in NZ. Within two hours after the meeting Martin had sent us seven properties that he thought we might like. My brother and I did end up purchasing one of those properties with his assistance and knowledge through out the process. Martin is an extremely honest and professional agent who was always there to answer any questions we had. In my opinion he has to be one of the best agents in NZ. Selling an estate property I engaged Trina during my mother's end of life and passing. I live in Australia so wanted to have an agent to manage the sale once I had returned home overseas. Renwick house purchase Recently we purchased our new home in Renwick with Rhonda the agent. From the start she was very helpful & knowledgeable on both the property and also the local community.
