S.Viv Smith has been my property manager for sometime now, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She has been so easy to deal with and nothing has been a problem. Her communication to me about my properties has been great and she has acted when needed to get something repaired or dealt with. You can't go wrong with Viv looking after your property.

K.We remember when Mekkayla, who was both the property manager and owner of our rental, came to do first inspection to the property. We didn't know as we didn't receive any letter about it. She came in the morning and we were not ready at all. And she just said she'd come back at 3 to do the inspection. We were very grateful for her kindness and generosity, she is a professional but also have a kind attitude. The kind of person both home owners and tenants love to deal with.

After loosing my properties in the Christchurch Earth Quake, I had to look a rental property for myself.
Not used to the Rental Regulations it took me only a short time to appreciate these regulations, as it protect the Owner's Investment and the person(s) who rent the property.

My partner and I had just recently relocated to Blenhiem from Hamilton and were struggling to find a suitable rental as we had a 7 y.o boarder collie. The team at summit found us a suitable rental the same day I enquired about properties they had available in store.
