Just like to say many thanks to Michelle, Tania and Mirjam at the Christchurch office for all their help in getting my mother in laws home rented during a very difficult time being lock down and changes to NZ rental rules. We are based in Australia so everything was done via phone and email and would have to say that considering all the issues that were facing us they handled everything smoothly and efficiently! We have now had an excellent tenant in since August 20 so very happy. Have a great Xmas guys!

My family and I have rented with A1 Property Management for the past 5 years. As a long term tenant I appreciate the team who I have built up a relationship with over the years. They are always very professional and helpful and any issues or maintenance is always dealt with swiftly. The difference with A1 staff over other agencies I've been with in the past is that I believe they actually care and are not " just doing their job" . It's nice to always know they are on your side and wanting you as a tenant to be happy. In my experience they have gone above and beyond the usual expectations in dealing with the landlord to fulfill our needs. I highly recommend the agency and know any prospective tenant or buyer will be equally treated with the same level of courtesy that my family and I have received over the years.

A1 Property Managers have been amazing to deal with and we would highly recommend them to anybody. We have two properties with A1 and are impressed by their level of service and the quality of their property inspection reports.
