Alexa has sold 2 Christchurch properties for me. The first property was 'dressed' to sell, and we enjoyed success after the first open home. The second was a tenanted property selling in winter. Alexa navigated the tenants and less than ideal selling conditions with kindness and grace, keeping me well informed on all aspects of progress. We have now twice used the services of Alexa. First when selling our family home and then again for selling our parent's flat.
