When we first contacted Brooksfield, they responded quickly and immediately showed us around their new developments. While they have become a bigger corporation, their directors were happy to meet with us and show us around. Despite our unusual circumstances, they were accommodating and worked with us, so my wife and I could buy our first home. We were fortunate to be in a position to purchase off the plans from them, and were able to watch Cunningham Builders construct the house over the next 9 months. As someone involved in a trade myself, I appreciated the craftsmanship and use of good materials to build the house. Thanks to the team for such a wonderful home. We've been in the townhouse for the last 2 months, and it really feels like our home.

We recently purchased a townhouse from Brooksfield. Vinny went out of his way to show us the options available through their company and helped us identify the right property for our needs. When it came to the paperwork we found the Brooksfield team were very professional and efficient. The whole process was so easy and we felt really comfortable throughout which was important as this was our first investment property purchase. In terms of the property itself, we really liked the unique design aspects. There are a lot of 2 bedroom townhousues being built around Christchurch at the moment, so we wanted to make sure whatever we purchased would stand out from the crowd. When looking around the different developers we felt Brooksfield were the most innovative and forward thinking with their designs. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business with the Brooksfield team and I highly recommend them. We will definitely be contacting Brooksfield again when it comes time to purchase our next investment.
