We purchased a motel through Matt D'Anvers in April 2018. I cannot make enough good comments about the experience, from the first conversation, Matt was open, honest and most importantly super knowledgeable about the industry and all the properties he had listed at the time, this knowledge was like gold for my wife and I as we had no experience at all in the tourism/motel industry.
