I highly recommend Debi as an agent, we knew she was the right agent for us during the first meeting. Excellent communication and market knowledge with a streamlined process, we felt in good hands. She hit the ground running, our marketing was completed in the following days very professionally and included a video tour to enable sale if covid prevented viewings, we appreciated the foresight. In a very short time we had multiple offers that she guided us through, it was clear during the negotiation process Debi was very experienced in real estate, this was during the Christmas/NY period. There were a couple of issues with the home that were revealed during a build inspection, these were managed very well and the sale went through successfully. The house has handed over to its new owner one month after going on the market. Thank you Debi!
