It’s been a great experience to have our flat to be looked after by Harcourts Accommodation Center for the past 4 years. Molly Harman and other staff are always helpful and give professional suggestions, either selection of new tenants or daily maintenance. The new style of routine inspection reporting could give me more information and images. Their detail-oriented attitude helps identify any issues in the property and solve them before they are deteriorated. Thank you. Jiyang

Molly has looked after properties for me since she joined Harcourts Accommodation Centre. Molly is accurate in her work, she has dealt with me and my tenants with respect and understanding by responding quickly to major issues and following up on all of the other issues that are part of her day to day responsibilities. Molly impressed me in the way she showed concern for a tenant who was in a difficult situation and she excelled herself when there was a fire at a property. She organised a collection of toys and clothing at Harcourts for a pre-school infant and contacted property managers at other firms to contribute as well. This was an outstanding example of, 'going the extra mile.'

Molly Harman and Grace Rose are definitely by far the best property managers I have ever had! Professional and approachable, always quick to respond can not recommend Harcourts enough just because of them. If I ever need to find a new place Harcourts will be the first place I contact!! 10/10

Molly Harman has been the best property manager I have ever had! She is very thorough, professional, and gets things done efficiently and promptly. Also I found her co-worker Grace Rose to be competent, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend these two lovely ladies to any prospective landlords, they are just wonderful.

Me and my brother had the privilege of taking on our first tenancy agreement for approximately 13 months through Harcourts with Molly Harmen and Grace Rose. Two exceptional professionals in thier respective fields. Very responsive when needed, communication was top notch, and always willing to go the extra mile for me and my brother. It was an awesome opportunity for us to get our foot in the door for a tenancy agreement as its quite difficult when your renting for the first time and have no refinancing. Alexandra Lindsay and Murray Orr has been very professional, friendly and helpful from the get go and made my transition to renting a breeze. I can not put into words how amazing Molly & Grace are! The first rental I have had in a long time where I feel at ease. These woman are wonderful! John Seibert has been our property manager. I find him really professional and pleasant to deal with. If there are any issues with any of our properties he comes up with great solutions and gets the job done for us so we don't have to worry about it. My husband and I highly recommend John if you are looking for someone who goes over and above to help and make things easier and worry free.

Molly has managed our rental properties for a few years now and is absolutely brilliant. Very professional, very responsive, keeps us informed and up to date with any maintenance issues that may arise in the future so we have a heads up around potential future cost. As well as keeping us on track with any legal changes that we need to be aware of as landlords around Healthy Homes standards, she also maintains very good communication with our tenants. The key for us is to have good communication and trust, and that is what we have. Highly recommend Molly as a property manager - she just makes things easier!

I have had Nigel and Pat and their team manage my properties for over 25 years and during that time, I have always been impressed with their professionalism in dealing with me. They are proactive and keep me informed about future legislation as well as looking at the upkeep of my properties. I would unreservedly recommend them and their team to anyone wanting to have a competent team manage their property. Molly Harman has taken care of my Sumner property while I have been in London. Being so far away really means that you need to place a high degree of trust in your Property Manager. Molly has been outstanding, she treats my house with the same attention and care that she would her own - that gives me piece of mind. Her communication is outstanding and her judgement first rate. I have been exceptionally impressed and recommend her highly to take care of your property - so you can rest easy.

We found Jen to be a very competent person to deal with. She was prompt in responding to us and easy to work with. As we ended our tenancy with Harcourts - we moved into the property - we were particularly impressed with the service Jen provided. It would have been easy for her to have lost interest but she didn't and as it was during the Lockdown period with she went the extra mile and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jen

Harcourts have managed my apartment in Christchurch for over a decade now. I have appreciated the way the management has worked smoothly, as I live in Wellington. I have been especially pleased by the way Molly Harman has steered through the process of finding tenants as the rebuilding of the apartment block concluded. Molly found reliable and responsible tenants, who even went on Stuff to speak to the virtues of the apartment in a Youtube piece. She has fairly represented the interests of both parties and steered all through a difficult period. I recommend her without reservation.

Miles and I have owned a rental property in Christchurch for over 20 years, and we’ve been lucky enough to have had Murray Orr looking after our interests and those of our tenants for almost all ( if not all ) of that entire time. Having had Murray in charge of all aspects of managing the property and with the same tenant for at least 14 years, we’ve had the ideal stress free landlord experience. We don't usually leave Google reviews, but if anyone out there is thinking about engaging a property manager and wants continuity, consistency, good communication, ease of contact and professionalism, then we can definitely recommend Murray and the team at Grenadier Accommodation Centre.

Harcourts have been managing our growing portfolio in Christchurch since we bought our first property there in 2002. Jen Neil at Harcourts has managed my rental property for the past 12 months and has done a fantastic job. As a tenant, I have found the property managers, Jen and Ruth, brilliant to deal with. Until a few years ago and a relocation to Chch I was a home owner for 30 years. They care about the property, landlord and me as the tenant. They are friendly, professional and efficient, and have always responded in a timely manner. Mike Smith is brilliant. His expert people skills blended with the excellent HAC framework is a recipe for successful property management. I have a portfolio spanning from Invercargill to Auckland. I have been investing for 23 years, and of all the property management companies Harcourts Accommodation is simply the best. And within HAC, Mike Smith is your man.

Worked with Jess on all aspects of advertising my property and getting GOOD tenants. I found Jess to be friendly and professional throughout . I asked to be included in the process -including choosing the photos that were used to market the property and to be present at the viewings. Appreciated that Jess was very obliging re letting me lead re saying yes, no or maybe re people coming though as potential tenants without trying to hurry the process. Her knowledge and experience was invaluable. Jess followed up on things that i asked her by e mail / text, replying promptly and clearly then followed up to check in that everything was going smoothly. Jess made the process very easy. We have had our property with Harcourts Grenadier Accommodation in Christchurch for 4 years now and are very pleased and happy with the way they have managed it. They have been very responsive and have helpful with all the hoops that landlords have had to jump through in the past few years that have come about due to government legislation changes.

One of the best you will come across - they really know their stuff and are genuinely invested in Property Management. You cannot go wrong choosing this team to manage your investment property. These reviews always need to be taken with a grain of salt, as it is very easy to jump on here and rant about being treated unfairly or being bullied just because you were unable to get away with doing the wrong thing. Having been fortunate enough to see how this business operates from all angles... I wouldn't think twice about putting my trust in them.
