T.I never write this kind of post, but in this instance, I feel compelled to.
Can't really imagine how Brendan Hart Harcourts Gold and Cameron Bailey Harcourts Gold Real Estate could get any better. We thought long and hard about choosing an agent, but for me, it was a no brainer as I always remembered how driven Brendan was as a cyclist many years ago (as I watched him disappear up the road, time and time again) and I just knew those same traits would be transferred to his professional life after cycling. Hadn't spoken to him for probably 25yrs, but wasn't at all surprised when he walked into our home, immediately put us at ease, created no false expectations, and took total control of the process. To be honest, the exact opposite of how I remember real estate agents! 😆Like all successful enterprises, there's usually a team in the engine room keeping the ship afloat and boy is this team impressive!! Professional, responsive, empathetic, and simply outstanding in everything they do.

Irrespective of the $$ (which we were very happy with)- we knew no stone had been left unturned.
So anyone looking to buy or sell a home - can't recommend this team highly enough.

The weekly detailed reporting after open homes was very helpful. The marketing plan combined with the presentation of the brochures, video and photos was excellent. The office staff were also fantastic taking care of all the details required these days to sell a house. I would recommend to friends and family.

Cheap commision rate= little effort. never thought I would ever say Harcourts are the best value, but I was proven wrong!
