E.We signed up with Monique from Iron Bridge for our two investment properties. I loved her style and communication skills straight away. No false promises, just realistic and honest, helpful information. She came with us to both property inspections and her wealth of knowledge was very evident. Our first property was tenanted in exactly 4 weeks and 2 of those weeks were over the Christmas holiday period, so that was excellent. Our second property was tenanted in 2 weeks. They have a very high standard for screening people so make sure as owners, that we get the best tenants. I highly recommend Iron Bridge for your property management and I just wish I had another property to list with Monique.
X.Great experience Iron Bridge. Our property manager Katy Moore is excellent. She is very dedicated to her work, and she is friendly, and her communication is always prompt and efficient. As a tenant, I feel lucky to have her as my manager. We believe the whole team is outstanding in this industry, and Katy is the one of the best among them for sure. F.For the last 3 years I had opportunity to rent a property from Iron Bridge. I have to say that I thought it would be an another common renting experience again, but Katy Moore refreshed my opinion about renting a place with an agent. We always have relaxed and respectful communication, she is responsive and proactive property manager who not only stands for landlord, but she also speaks more for her tenants. I can be responsible to say that I have been in renting in the past 8 years and lived in 5 houses, but I have never seen such supportive property managers like Katy Moore. As I wasn’t living at the address and not even in the same city, Pip had to go above and beyond to attend to all the ins and outs and liaising with the Property Manager to get the keys and the maintenance done. D.We have been supported by Iron Bridge on 2 occasions now and they have been excellent to deal with. On the first occasion we had to arrange the tenancy from out of town - and there was none of the difficulty we experienced working with other Property Management companies. More recently we applied for a tenancy over the Christmas period and the Property manager, Keryn Pascoe - who was on holiday - got a personal message to us at 7:30am the following morning, and connected us with other support staff. When I spoke with Aneeka she was so helpful and positive in responding to us. When the online referral system didn't work - she responded with a hard copy application with 10 minutes of the request. All of this over the stressful Christmas period! Thanks Guys - taking the stress out of the situation whilst being pleasant to deal with!

B.Nicole Teteimoana was great to work with. She was always helpful whenever there was an issue or question that I had. In one instance, she went out of her way to remove some cardboard that I left at final inspection, as well as picked up a lightbulb from the shop, which ultimately meant that I didn’t need to return to the property to complete the inspection. This was above and beyond. It was a very pleasant experience to have Nicole as my property manager.

A.I have used Ironbridge for my rental property management for 10 years now. Never had a problem with them. My new property manager Niki Watkins is great. She replies to my emails quickly. She has managed to find me new tenants within 3 days of the old ones leaving. All in all I would highly recommend Ironbridge.

We have had some pretty interesting bumps in the road enroute to settlement of our new build rental in Rolleston and at every turn, Monique or one of her colleagues has been there to provide some kind of epic support. Monique handled our secondary inspection, communicated with our builder, and the whole team coordinated a smooth property management takeover process for new tenants despite a lockdown, delays on chattels such as blinds and other problems. Highly recommend - they have kept in constant contact, even checking on the untenanted property during lockdown for us. Could not ask for any better.

J.I rented a lovely home off Ashleigh at Iron Bridge and had fabulous service right from the beginning. She was very approachable whenever I needed help/support from her. Fortunately our tenancy was pretty non eventful (no major issues), however the few small things we needed help/support with Ashleigh was there.

A.Ashleigh Barrett was the property manager whilst we rented 10 Fernham Way in Rolleston. We found her to be friendly and efficient, always ready to respond to any issues that we may have had. A.Being tenants, it is not easy getting into rentals these days.
When we moved from Hamilton in the beginning of the year, the team at Iron Bridge, Christchurch were really patient dealing with our application as we really wanted to get a property to move into right away!
Your receptionist, Jeni Welsh, was especially helpful and helped us with filling in the right forms.
Our rental agent, Margaret Pitt, was very professional when we inspected the rental for the first time on move in day.
The inside of the rental was near immaculate with freshly painted walls, clean carpets and bathrooms.
And almost a year down the line, as tenants, we still only have good things to say about Iron Bridge. The lovely Lisa Maxwell, who inspects the property, are always smiling and friendly when we meet her. Even if it pours down with rain on her inspection days!

S.I Contacted Iron Bridge at the start of 2019 showing interest in renting out our property towards the end of the year. Regardless of them not been able to get us to sign anything for nearly a year, they were very fast and friendly, came out and did a valuation on the property.
In the last Quarter of the year I then was able to call them up again in which time Monique, the Business Development Manager, was able to pick up exactly where we let off. Within a fortnight we had all the documents signed and were already live with advertising. To date Monique has been very fast in responding to emails and keeping me up to date. I have had on-going plumbing issues for 5 months exactly today and have been told it is now fixed thank the lord!
Circumstances are that Ironbridge Christchurch who I have been with for 3 years have not been able to directly fix the issue due to the slow moving Body Corp of the apartment building I stay at.
While I did give feedback at the start because of lack the lack of communication I received, I became very impressed with my property Manager (Ashleigh Barrett) and the way she took on that feedback, stepped up and ensured I was emailed back in a timely manner, kept me up to date and fought for my interests when communicating with the Body Corp.
I will also add that a little while back the Washer/Dryer that came with the apartment broke and was replaced quickly, and the property inspections are done respectfully.
I have a great relationship with IronBridge Christchurch, definitely recommend them, and wish them and Ashleigh the best for the future!

I met Katy Moore in the Riccarton offices once as Annie assigned her to manage my property. I was confident that Katy would have my properties best interests at heart which was most important as an out of town investor. We communicate mostly by email but the phone is always available if required. The digital communication works for me and I can quickly respond to requests as they arrive.
I think ironbridges inspection reporting could go beyond clean,tidy, clean, needs work etc and this is why iv rated the experience a 4.0

N.Ironbridge have achieved the near impossible with the sale of our Riccarton rental property. Elliot Street supported by the Ironbridge management team have put in place a legal structure to overcome the issues with the insurance of the property that was preventing the sale.
This level of support was very much appreciated and Elliot managed to keep the sale to the interested party "alive" for almost six months. We are delighted with the sale and very appreciative of the Ironbridge team for all their efforts.

Nothing to indicate it was being processed or anything. No reply to emails.
