Great communication, super helpful and great knowledge of the property. Alan was great from the get go. Very approachable and was always happy to help with any questions we had. We felt he was highly invested in the process and therefore knew a lot about the property and area. This lead us to be able to move quickly and with confidence. There were never any feelings of being mislead or any vagueness about anything. I really believe that is the reason why this purchase for us has gone so smoothly and has been a win win for the vendors and us as the purchases. Would not hesitate to contact Alan in the first instance regarding any future purchase or sale. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great real estate agent.

Outstanding Service by Lorraine Sheard Buying your first home or any home can definitely be daunting but with Lorraine as the agent it makes it as easy as possible. Through every step of the way from the first open home right through the sale Lorraine was helpful, honest, a great communicator and very accommodating. Whether that be from my many questions to organising fast access to the property during the due diligence period to ensure speedy completion of reports. It is easy to see that Lorraine's main motivation is the quality of service she provides not only to the seller but also to the buyer. I could not recommend anyone more and I know in the future whether I am buying or selling Lorraine will be the first person I call.

We were thoroughly impressed with Christian's service throughout the buying process. After a long year trying to buy a property and dealing with a number of rude and unhelpful agents along the way, Christian proved to be a breath of fresh air. He was attentive (picking up that we had already downloaded the property documents as soon as we walked in the door) and no question was a problem to answer. He was very responsive and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. A positive experience all round.

We have dealt with Dale Roche on two occasions now. Once purchasing our family home and once selling a section. We found Dale great to deal with. He is a great communicator and very practical. Dale listened carefully to our circumstances and special requirements and worked out an appropriate plan for the sale of our house according to our time scale. He made it easy for Open Homes and advertising, then expertly sifted through the people who showed interest. He found us a buyer who worked out well and accepted our dates for transfer of ownership. All through the process he was professional, full of good advice, friendly, but not domineering, and kept us fully informed of what was happening.
