Nathan was fantastic to work with! We hadn't been through this process for 16 years, so were a little daunted. Nathan was informative, patience and worked at our pace! While he was always professional, he also made us feel like we were the most important people to him in the world. We would (and already have) recommend working with Nathan to anyone thinking of buying or selling.

Najib Real Estate are an excellent team. We worked with Sha in particular and she is absolutely awesome. She helped us with the preparation for our sale, had fantastic communication, always tried to ensure we weren’t feeling stressed or how she could reduce any stress, and worked hard to bring us excellent offers. Sha is also a lovely and genuine person. 100% recommend!

It's a rare find to experience a Real Estate Agent who treats you like a person and not a number, however that has been our experience with Sha from Najib. From the very first meeting at the Open Home, the various phone calls and communications throughout the process - right through to the successful purchase and hand-over, we continuously felt valued, listened to, and respected. The team at Najib Real Estate went above and beyond in the sale of our family property. From the start, they had great advice on what renovations needed to be done, and what wasn't necessary. They kept us in constant communication, guiding us through the process .They leveraged their database of buyers and ultimately managed to get a result that we were blown away by - even in this market. An agent who listens Nathan has expert market knowledge and provides advise on how best to sell your home after finding out what is the best way for you. He's not about one size fits all, Auction this Auction that, he spends the time asking questions about what you want, what you think is the best price for your home, and then goes about working on getting the best he can for you. This method along with working with his styling team, exceeded out expectations on the price we wanted and resulted on our home being sold quickly and without fuss. He then went on to help me find a new home. I can't speak more highly of Nathan and his team.
