J.Sean went the "extra mile" to market our home. Nothing was too much trouble. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process. He continually updated us by sending reports after the open homes. Sean was extremely pleasant to deal with and was always very professional in the way he handled things. B.The service I received from professionals when I rented for about 5 or 6 years was nothing short of exceptional mostly because our agent was Roy and he is an awesome dude. He was professional, diligent, and genuine. Our rented house was our home for a long time. We looked after it as if it was our own. Catching up with Roy about "house maintenance" every 3 months wasn't the dreaded house inspection experience the average renter has to endure..so it's a two thumbs up from me.

I bought the house from Sean About a year before the earthquake. That process was smooth too. So when the time came to sell, so I could get a house for my young family i knew who could help and Sean was happy to help. He has been in the game for a long time and is very knowledgeable. A.Had an amazing experience with Professionals as a tenant in one of their properties. Roy Yamamura was the property manager and he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to talk to. Only reason I didn't put 5 is because at the end of the lease we found it impossible to meet some of the cleaning standards but then again we are students so chances are we just suck at cleaning.

i recently sold my house in Halswell with Wendy Marshall as my agent.
It has been a long process with making my first inquiries about two years ago. all through this time Wendy has been very supportive of my needs and has always been very forthcoming with keeping me up to date and where we were at in the process. All the questions I had were well answered in an easily understood way and in the end she got me an exceptionally good price for my property.
