Jeremie is a wonderful property manager, he's very professional is his approach and is friendly and respectful. He is very prompt on getting any issues resolved and we never have any trouble contacting him. He found us exactly what we needed in a rental property, it has been nearly a year now and I'd definitely recommend him.

Jeremie is an excellent property manager, we have been renting one year and he has always answered the phone no matter if it is the weekend or vacation, we are super grateful. no unnecessary visits and very responsible.

We have been with Rent Right for many years and are only leaving as we have sold our property. They are great people to work with, looking after you and your property like it was there own. They maintain exceptionally high standards, are always willing to help with any problems, going above and beyond. If you want perfection go with Rent Right, they won't let you down.

Cannot recommend Rent Right highly enough. So happy I placed my rental property in their hands some years ago. Nothing is a problem, always extremely responsive. Very happy with tenancy turnaround when a lease period ends. They have found me some great tenants. Reporting, inspections etc. always handed well and in the required timeframes. Honestly they make the process for me as a landlord residing in Australia extremely easy. Very happy client.

David and Lorena and the Rent Right team have managed our property in Kaiapoi for 6 years. In that time we have had two great tenants. The house was an ex Show Home and it is still in top condition due to their selection of tenants and thorough inspection procedures that included photos of all the rooms and grounds. This was especially useful to us as we have spent a lot of time overseas since we have had the property . Communication was always of the highest standard and any issues were resolved in a professional and efficient manner. If any maintenance was required they dealt with it promptly. Tenant Review: We had quite a tumultuous journey with the property management of the rental we live in prior to Jeremy King taking over. Constant changes to manager of the property and a total lack of maintenance both before and during our tenancy had resulted in me having to threaten legal action to get even dangerous hazards quoted let alone repaired. Within weeks of taking over the property Jeremy had all of our issues resolved. I couldn't be happier now. I would highly recommend Jeremy as a property manager to other potential tenants, especially as it is so difficult to find someone respectful and efficient.

By far the best property agency in town. We have rented a house for 5+ years and we are truly happy with them. This is an agency that treats people like human beings and properties as homes. I recommend them every time I can, you just wont go wrong with them.

Our property was managed by Rent Right for the past 5 years until sold. We found the communication very good and David & Lorena both very responsive to requests. Tenant screening was first rate and we have had a very good experience with tenants over the past 5 years.

I have had rental properties in England and New Zealand with several property managers. They all ended up being horrible experiences. This was not the case with Rent Right. Service provided was always on satisfactory level, staff is always willing to listen and work on potential issues...however minor they may be. After over 10 years using the service of Rentright we decided to sell our rental property. During these 10 years we have been pleased with the service provided by David, Lorena and their team. Communication has been at the level we requested. Receiving regular inspection reports and on the rare occasions that David needed to talk with us, he always had a suggestion for the situation. He always commented that if it was his property he would expect this or that. I never really appreciated the part “if it was his property” until we visited the property after our final tenants had left, so we could see what work we needed to get done prior to sale. I was absolutely blown away by the excellent standard the property was in, he had managed it as “if it was his property “. This was no accident, it was due to excellent management in the selection of tenants and the ongoing inspections by Rentright. They take the word professionalism to the next level. We have had 10 years of hassle free property management due to this excellent team and I can not recommend them highly enough. Makes owning a rental property a breeze, I forget I even have it! Came t oRent right after being scammed by a woman while managing the property myself, Rent right helped me sort out that situation and go through the tenancy tribunal process of evicting her and getting my $ back & under their management I have had no issues with my property since.
