As a landlord, Venture Management have been very good. They secured tenants for our property and managed the process easily, smoothly. Rent is on time and clearly communicated. We feel confident that our property is looked after and managed well. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Venture management as property managers. Payment is always on time and easy invoices with all the information you need. They do very thorough property inspections and send photos of how the property is looking. I honestly couldn't fault them and just wished they looked after property all over NZ.
