J.Since I viewed the property in September 2019 which we have been living at for over a year now, I have had no issues whatsoever with this real estate company. The staff have always been efficient (communication is excellent), fair and polite at all times. Wayne who was the agent I dealt with is the very best he made everything so easy for me, I would definitely use them again if I had to and I highly recommend them to all!

A.After buying a property through Hamish, we found him very easy to deal with, quick off the mark with any requests and well versed in getting everything sorted.
He was extremely helpful and even allowed us to go with him to measure for carpets and curtains before taking possession.

L.I love renting this property off you guys but would like something where i could have my wee court Yard so I can have some private and a exit back door .and I find because of shower and separation of doors is not good for me anymore as it to dangerous I walked into a door way and broke 3 toes and there not much sun .so with artistic all water steams around house not good for foot .I don't rails on door step .if the lounge and bed was open up and a pouch was put on back kitchen window with a wee deck it shop the mold coming in around windows and there more room for me to around .and don't have a exit and not fan in kitchen for oven .if would rent to be up graded .can please contact me so I show what mean thankyou Loraine ellis
