Our first property sale with the help and guidance of Taylor and Strong. We initially bought our property through Taylor and Strong. They were excellent with us when buying the house, It seemed logical to sell through them too. As this was our first property sale, we were not sure of the correct procedure and at first it seemed quite daunting. Prior to our house going on the market, Taylor and Strong provided us with extensive guidance to get the home market ready. They answered all of our questions in regards to the process and throughout the course of the sale. They produced a detailed selling plan and market strategy that was tailored for us and our needs. We really appreciate all of their help, guidance, attention to detail, excellent communication, professionalism and great personalities. We cannot recommend them enough.
