I've been a tenant for 4 years now in the same house. Property Scouts have given the security my son and I needed moving and settling back in Dunedin. The reminder emails about what to do when a weather event is coming and who to contact are fantastic. We have 3 monthly property inspections which I like as it serves as a good reminder to get stuff done in the garden during our busy lives. I've been very happy as a tenant. If I buy an investment property soon, I will be using Property Scouts to manage it.

They are on the ball, give great feedback and provide asset maintenance services that are extremely helpful to us especially since we are not local. We are very happy with them!

We have used Property Scouts over 5 years with several property's. We have found them friendly to deal with and very efficient. There are a lot of traps for Landlords, and while most tenants are great there are some that are very difficult. Property Scouts have always been very professional with how they have dealt with all situations and given us great piece of mind.

I really enjoy my current house. The house was in a good condition when we first entered the house.The Propertyscouts responds to the email quickly. Recently, they changed the smoke alarm with the one without battery which is super helpful.

I love my home , and so does my 4 year old son. Plenty of space and have Evan started a veggie garden in the spare garden space. Propertyscouts have managed our four humble properties for six years. Their service is absolutely tops, from fully reported ¼ ly inspections, to maintenance issues, twice monthly payments, and gaining quality tenants. We began as raw landlord/investors. We have been taught the rules, the requirements, and best of all that we should be obedient to the constantly changing/demanding/unfair laws!
