We were always informed within a days notice of booking / viewings which was always helpful. Catherine gave us some great ideas for the easiest way to decorate the inside of our home. She has your best interests in mind all the time. Never failed to deliver any updates or questions we needed answered right up until the settlement date.

As an out of town vendor, I felt that Catherine went the extra mile to help us. I requested an appraisal and also for her to come back with recommendations on what needed to be done to make the property presentable for sale. She was able to recommend a local business for the minor work we needed to do, who was equally as great. She was able to make suggestions on inside and outside work to not only make it presentable but to improve the property, which had been a rental for 5 years. On the occasion when there were tradies turning up on a Saturday, she was able to get the keys to them. It was just the little things she did, that gave us peace of mind. Lawns were mowed, weeds controlled, hedges trimmed, painting, carpet laid and more . She sent through before and after photos to show us the results. The marketing of the property was enough, and not too much and good value for money. We achieved what we set out to do and couldn't have done it on our own without travelling to the property every week.
