Absolutely On The Ball Jess was completely pro- active about new properties on the market. She was cool calm and collected in all our dealings and has a genuine warmth about her too. She had great advice through the sale process and I’m sure her good knowledge of both her vendors and purchasers helps pull sales together with ease. I’m now in my new home and would absolutely recommend Jess.

Professional, friendly and on the ball! Thank you Jess for helping us buy this home. As soon as we walked in we knew it was the one. We went into lockdown as we were due to get the builder and valuer in, which meant a stressful lockdown while everything was delayed. Jess kept in touch with us through lockdown, and answered any concerns we had and always answers the phone or texts (and we sent quite a few). We can't wait to move in.

We approached Jess to sell our property, after the vibe we got off her from viewing properties to buy. She is so down to earth, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And nothing is a problem. Jess was a motivated, passionate professional. She clearly explained all aspects about the sale of our property and encouraged us to ask any questions if we did not understand. Her knowledge about the market was exceptional and Jess was easy to work with which made us feel comfortable in leaving her in control. Her bubbly personality is her secret weapon and that along with fabulous communication skills during the process of selling was awesome. We would definitely work with Jess again should the need arise - selling our long-held family home was an emotional time but Jess's bubbly and caring nature helped make the whole experience so much easier.

Jess is the BEST! We were first home buyers and highly stressed about the home buying process. Over months of looking for houses we got the feeling some real estate agents take advantage of first home buyer's lack of knowledge in certain areas. But Jess went out of her way to make sure we knew what we were doing, explained things to us when we were confused/unsure (which was a lot!), and supported us EVERY step of the way for 4+ months of house hunting! She is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and very organized. We cannot thank Jess enough for all the time and effort she put in, and for finding us a beautiful house that we can now call home. For anyone looking to buy or sell - Jess is the best!

Jess was an absolute star to deal with, she was very patient (we were first home buyers so lots of questions!), her communication was fantastic - always very easy to contact and quick to reply back. Russell and I were very happy with Vicky’s professionalism and integrity while marketing our home. The property was visited many times with a good deal of these people returning for a second and third look. The communication, commitment and time Vicky put in was pleasing. After our mother passed away we engaged Janine Johnstone to handle the sale of the property. We choose Janine due to her vast knowledge of the area and market. We were also impressed that Janine was so kind understanding and respectful of our mothers passing. Janine showed such a professional attitude and empathy. She gave us space and time to decide on our terms, she left us to come back to her if we wished and when we were ready. Once listed Janine was fantastic. Due to the fact we all returned home to Greymouth and Australia Janine went over and above her normal duties as an agent. Janine helped organise everything required, including going and lighting the fire prior to open homes. Janine also replaced the batteries for the garage remote as per contract. Janine would liaise with contractors and ensure work was carried out so the property was ready for sale. We got a lot more for the property than other Agents has suggested in fact thousands more. Janine also had the house under offer with in days of going on the market. Janine is honest and genuine and we would recommend her to anyone in the sale of their property. Thank you Janine from the whole family for all of your hard work and care and considerate nature at such a sad time. It was a pleasure dealing with you, and we are all so pleased we made the right choice by engaging you to sell mum's house. We can't thank you enough.

Kate Bratschi was our agent. From our first contact with Kate, she was friendly, professional and extremely responsive to all of our requests and questions.
