We have been with APR team for three years now, and their professional service consistently exceeds our expectations. Good communication and keep us updated about tenancy law changes. The help and advice from the property managers and the maintenance team make everything hassle-free. APR have managed my properties for 3 years now. The services can be described as most efficient, as I never have to worry about rental matters again. When there is an issue to be dealt with, you can be assured they ring you up with solutions in mind, all you need to do is make the decision and they will execute the chosen solution for you.

Super efficient, only put good tenants in and go the extra mile to check them out. A lot of pm companies pretend to do inspections too. Not these guys, your property will be looked after well.
