Eulah Dewitt has shown pictures and videos of her clean room however she has failed to show the area we have asked her to clean multiple times resulting in her leaving a 1 star review on the business page. We are not being unreasonable by asking her to clean as you can see in these photos the shower definitely needs to be cleaned.

Gregory is an absolutely great guy. We rented one of the properties he managed. When we started, we were dealing directly with the owners, and later he took over. He was very flexible and we were able to continue the same terms we had agreed with the owners, including being able to pay fortnightly because of how we were getting our pays. Also, Gregory was always available and quick to respond. He helped sort out minor issues we were facing in the house. When we had to move back to Auckland and leave the property, we faced some complications where we were did not find a place to move to initially, and later when we did, the deal fell through. Inspite of this happening after we had announced our notice to leave, he was again very accommodating and helped us by not only extending our notice by a couple of weeks to help us out but also giving us a good reference which helped us get our next rental easily. He looks after his tenants and home owners equally well and pays a great deal of attention to the details. He is also flexible and considerate. And he keeps his word, and is also punctual, which is helpful. All in all very good experience working with him and his team. Thanks tonnes and all the very best Gregory and Monica. Cheers!

We had 3 property management companies before "At Home Property Management", none of them compare to Greg and the team! We have found them so helpful in making everything easy for us. They have kept us informed of the new legislation that keeps on coming and where practical, they have dealt with it for us.
