I have dealt with probably over 30 estate agents in the past 5 years. Quite simply, Cary is the estate agent that has been the most down to earth and honest by far. He made my property purchase an enjoyable experience - and that is not the norm! All paperwork was sent immediately on request, viewing the property at short notice was also possible, but most importantly, any questions were answered fast and no matter how ridiculous these could have sounded to him, they were always answered with kindness.
