M.I have had the privilege of dealing with Christine for the last 18 years in a variety of situations and I have to say that she has been nothing short of brilliant. I first used Christine services to buy a house in Mangakino. She was knowledgeable of the area and could answer all of the questions that I had at the time. It was reassuring that her answers were honest and I become very comfortable in buying my first home in Mangakino. Christine went out of her way to make my entirely family and I totally welcome in Mangakino, which made it all rather special for us all.
When it came time to sell the house a few years later, again, she was fantastic keeping me informed of the process and I always felt I was in good hands. The whole thing was stress free and I at the end of it all I felt it had been a very positive experience. Through the year we went through selling and buying a couple of times and I have no reservations in recommending Christine as the person to trust with one of the biggest assets you would ever have, your house.
Finally, we have also had Christine managing our house as a full time rental periodically, and as a holiday rental, currently. On both occasions the house was always really well looked after and I was informed at all times of the state of the house. 3 monthly inspection reports were shared and this was reassuring. Nothing was a problem when information or documentation was requested from Christine. Requests were fulfilled promptly and efficiently. At the end of tenancies the house was always in a good state. I have nothing but praise for Christine and I 100% recommend her for any of the services she offers. You will not go wrong!
