J.I have experienced Glasshouse two times now, both on one year lease contracts. Each tenancy agreement stay of mine, was a positive and independent feeling. The house’s communal areas were cleaned weekly, I had plenty of notification of safety regulation checks, and enough information was always supplied when communicating with their main office, plus I paid my rent on time.

R.I have been really pleased with putting my property into professional property management with Glasshouse as I just didn't have the time to manage the property and do the inspections on a regular basis.
The compliance and details you need to take care of these days when managing tenants is something I would much rather leave to the professionals and Glasshouse has really good systems in place to keep me up to date with their inspections, any maintenance required and photos of how the property looks with each inspection.
I value my time so this great time saver I am happy to pay for.
The staff have been really good to deal with, from Anel getting me setup to Rae in the Cambridge office looking after my property and keeping me up to date with regular communication as and when required.
I have found the Glasshouse Property Management team to be very professional and responsive when any maintenance arises.
I am very happy with their service, and highly recommend Glasshouse to landlords who want to save time and not deal with the headaches of having to manage a property and dealing with tenants, especially now with all the rules and regulations.

J.Previous to going with Glasshouse we had trouble with landlords and agents. Sophie was our agent when we were with Glasshouse. She is fantastic! she was very clear with communication, got things repaired or on the road to being repaired the minute she was made aware. Sophie is always very reasonable, understanding, and most of all damn good at her job. If we move again I know we will actively seek out a property that she manages. a thousand times over would recommend Sophie and Glasshouse to anyone!

M.100% positive rental experiences with this team! They take care of everything for me, so I don't have to worry about a thing. There is so much compliance involved in rental properties now compared to a few years ago, and I know that with them every box is ticked. But more than that, they are so lovely - friendly, positive and quick to get back to me. Nothing is a problem. The detail in the reports and the sheer number of photos shows they really do care. They also care about my tenants, and build good relationships with them. Thank you Glasshouse!
E.Glasshouse Property Management has been so helpful started from when I was looking for a place to live. They also so responsive to everything related to the house that I rent. A bit advice would be an improvement on your emergency assistance on weekends/public holidays. Overall, I highly recommend this property management for those who needs an accommodation.

Glasshouse property agency has wonderful service and an updated online system for providing the document for the home owner with issues in regarding to the rental property. They also have a stringent system in place to make sure the property is thoroughly inspected to aids the tenant as well as the owner.
My property manager Charlotte Mann has been excellent since the day of the agency transition. She has been very helpful in discussing issues, and very cooperative to my request. she has great experience in facing issues and mostly she is fair to both tenant and the owner.
I am very glad that I have switch to Glasshouse property agency and I highly recommended to any landlord and any tenant that are look for rental property agency, because you will be in great hands.

T.Comparing Glasshouse to any other property management company I have worked with is a bit like flying first class vs economy. They think of what you or the tenants need before you have to ask for it. They communicate in a super professional style and invest in great systems to deliver their service better. It is always very obvious that they are a Property management business not a real estate business that also does PM. I can only assume it is equally great to be a tenant with them as it is a landlord and would recommend them to everyone. As I always say, the only problem I have with Glasshouse, is that they don't operate nationally so I can't use them for all my properties. Thanks so much for the awesome service.

A.Glasshouse are excellent property managers. We had Vicki Martin take over from a previous property manager, and we were blown away by her level of care and the time she takes to do her job exceptionally well. Nothing is too much for her, she even arranged an appraisal for us even though there is no financial incentive for doing so. I would not hesitate to recommend glasshouse as Jeremy is also an excellent manager, and when we initially switched we had come from a manager who had let us down with lies and incompetence. Jeremy took the time to discuss all our concerns and meet with the tenant before we had even signed up. We went from a one out of ten service from the previous management company to a service that exceeded what we would expect from a 10 out of 10 service. It has been faultless, professional, friendly and helpful. They get back to you right away and arrange multiple quotes without even being asked. Vickie is on top of everything which has meant happy long term tenants, staying on much longer than initially intended. I totally recommend.

A.We have a property that Glasshouse now manage. They are excellent, professional and knowledgable property managers, who have taken over from an unethical so-called "boutique" property management company previously managing our property. We were so stressed and frustrated by the level of care and dishonesty of this other company, that we were seriously just considering selling up. However - we fortunately then came across Glasshouse and the expertise of Jeremy soon reassured us that there are decent property management companies around. Jeremy , the Director, comes across highly knowledgeable and passionate, he took the time to help out and meet with our existing tenant quickly before we had even signed over - I was truely blown away by how much time he willingly offered up front, along with his suggestions to resolve some concerns moving forward. He is very nice to deal with, and I believe providing friendly, well articulated communication is vital for both landlords and tenants. I have every confidence that he is leading a great team, because we have already dealt with a very efficient administration person and when ringing through initially, a very friendly person on the phone when we first rang to chat. This may not seem like a huge deal, but after dealing with rude managers and unprofessional receptionists for a year - it's the little things that mean a lot! Glasshouse tenancy contracts are thorough, they have great online tools you can use, and they take professional photos when advertising and great care in marketing. Their website is extremely impressive and they really offer a lot more than the average (and lets be honest, often substandard) management company.
N.We have just started renting a house from Glasshouse and our experience so far (1 month) has been nothing short of top notch. From applying for the property to the handover of keys Glasshouse was professional, process driven and caring. They made sure we had everything we needed; Right down to the fridge magnet so we always had a number handy. S.I was in a difficult situation and was having trouble getting my bond returned. As I was sharing a house with three others and was the only person leaving it seemed to be a lot of difficulty with the bond return.
I spoke to the Property Manager who was Rae Guard and she helped me so
much on many issues. I am an older person and the computer side of
things in regards to forms became an issue for me. Rae and another lady at Glasshouse Maxine were only to happy to help me and ease my mind.
I would highly recommend Glasshouse Property Management whether you are renting or wanting your property listed for rent they are very
thorough and extremely great at what they do.
