J.Ben and Jason have managed our property for us during a difficult time. They were very good at taking photos of the property, giving us advice, feedback and finding us tenants. They have literally been our eyes and ears from the beginning as we were unable to visit the property. They also helped us find good tenants at a time when it was difficult to find any due to the lockdown.
K.The Frankton branch was helpful with rentals, took time to cater to our needs
J.I have rented 2x properties from this harcourts first one through Kerry Herbert, who was very easy to deal with.
The second one we rented, the original agent we had was not great, however we have decided to give a 5 star rating because of the work of Jamie Clark, who has taken over.
Our house was sold and set to be demoed once tenancy was up. Jamie has offered to assist us in finding a new place and has provided references and everything else we have needed, within a moments notice
As a tenant I would recommend either of these two agents
O.Samantha has been managing our rental property for several years and she's been great. She's provided clear and concise reporting throughout and when needed, gone above and beyond to make our investment property a success. Highly recommend.
J.Have been renting with them for 4 years and never had a problem. When anything needs fixing they are organised straight away. Inspections every 3 months. Usual expectations of keeping the property clean and tidy.
R.Setting up my rental, management of any issues and regular inspections all managed brilliantly. I really felt cared about and for. Once I gave my notice to leave, I didn't feel that same 'love'. A bit more communication on the process of showing my home to prospective new tenants would have made all the more difference. Kerry is very professional and respectful which means a lot to me.

j.I am relatively new to the world of owning rental properties, so freely admit to some lack of experience. While wanting to undertake the property management aspect myself but lacking the time to vet prospective tenants, I was recommended Harcourts. Tenants invariably change, and in the time I have owned my properties, I have needed to source new tenants on 3 occasions. I have always found that the quality of tenants that Harcourts found were great, with minimal downtime between one leaving and the new ones moving in. It was a pleasure to deal with Krista and her team each time and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
