J.I have lived at 4 Hill St. Lodge since 12th Jan 2012. The current owners are the 3rd since the day I moved in. The Lodge has had its ups & downs, however, there are way more positives than negatives. The Lodge is close to bus, taxi & rail services, shopping, library, City Council, WINTEC, Girls' High, hospital, lake walks & the Lodge is in the CBD. The rent is reasonable, gas heated hot water 24/7. Everything is provided for living apart from you having your own blankets, pillows & linen. I love it here. It suits my life style, it's quiet & peaceful, paid parking if needed. The tenants are friendly. In addition I do acknowledge the Lodge may not suit everyone's needs.
