We listed our home with Jack as we knew he had extensive knowledge of our area and had some remarkable results from previous sales. His Team was very professional and friendly making the whole experience very stress free. We explained our situation and what we were wanting to achieve to Jack right from the beginning and he came up with a plan which suited us perfectly. As an unexpected circumstance arose for us towards the end of our Auction campaign, we had to put all our trust in Jack to seal the deal which he executed perfectly by achieving a Sell and a Purchase for us on the same day. This is the second house that Jamie Barakat has sold for us. Whilst our family home was a very marketable property, the second sale was a small rental property. In the case of our most recent sale (our rental) Jamie treated this sale with the same professionalism and care he did with our home. Both properties were marketed well with good advertising coverage and in both instances we received timely updates. Communication is easy with Jamie and we will be choosing him again should the need arise to buy or sell in the future.
