Murray is my most trusted ally on the ground, going over and above with his management of my rentals and tenants. Not only is he exceptionally detail focused with my listings but ALSO he is accommodating of my miscellaneous requests (as I am out of town) as I enquire to buy new rentals. He understands my goals, approach , and we are fully aligned with our expectations to provide quality homes with a great return. He is also fair and will pull me up when he has a better idea, which I am always more than happy to listen to given his performance and experience.
