Vicky did a fabulous job of selling my property! I live in Australia and it was an absolutely stress free process dealing with Vicky to get my property sold! I was so impressed with her skill, knowledge and advice on getting the job done. Her dedication in making it as easy as possible for me was outstanding and I couldn’t be more grateful and satisfied with the outcome. Not being able to fly back to New Zealand as planned, Vicky sorted all the maintenance and repairs needed, meeting different people at the property to co-ordinate different jobs that needed to be done, all the while checking that everything was completed on time and properly ready for it to be staged and photographed. The staging company she organised was awesome as was the photographer. Her enthusiasm and communication was appreciated throughout the process, which in my opinion lead her to achieving the best possible outcome. I couldn’t be more happy with Vicky and definitely have no hesitation in recommending her as a top Real Estate Agent, someone who is dedicated in getting top results and an all out lovely young lady! Awesome Job Jo and Banisha did a fantastic job selling our beautiful home. We put the house on the market just literally before Christmas thinking it wouldn’t sell until the New Year. Jo and Banish had other ideas, as the house sold before new year. Banisha made herself available all through the holiday season for potential buyers. Jo made herself available for all my question.
