We contacted Sue and Donna to help us buy our first home. From the beginning, they took the time to ensure that our needs were understood and it never felt like they were in it in for just for the sale. It was in the auction that Sue's skill and experience really shone through and it always felt like we were in control. As first home buyers, we are extremely grateful for Sue and Donna's support and know that without them, the result wouldn't have been the same. Highly recommended to anyone of any experience.

Sue and Donna were great to deal with when selling my property. They were straight up and got my house sold fairly quickly (considering we went into lockdown). I really appreciated that their appraisal was in line with what I sold my house for (which was more than I thought it would sell for). My neighbours also advised me that there were a lot of people viewing my property, which was also good to know. Thanks for all your help!

From a tenants perspective Sue sold the house that I was renting I have been moved out of rentals that were sold more than once. No one likes moving :( however Sue and her team were so amazing. They were extremely respectful of my family when they did viewings. She always gave me appropriate notice and worked time in. I remember feeling awkward with people coming through my home and then being comforted by Sue with her understanding of my situation. She works with heart and went the extra step for our family. She supported our applications for tenancy and It was her referal that got us our new place in the end. No other real estate agent had ever done that for me before. We are really grateful. I recently bought a house from Sue, which was my first house. I didn't understand many things, but Sue and Donna gave me a lot of help, which made the buying process very smooth. They are trustworthy people, and I am very lucky to meet them.

With my youngest boy reaching the end of his school tenure, a consequential discussion centred around whether to keep the house, located within 4 doors of Hamilton Boys High School, or sell up after 6 years and move on to the next phase of life. I decided to move. Sue Hall was highly recommended to me from a close friend and so I engaged her to sell the house. Throughout the whole process Sue was supportive, engaging, reliable and had a very clear picture of the market in the area. Her advice was honest and up front and her recommendations were accurate. Being on a tight timeframe to sell before Xmas, I found Sue and her assistant Donna Southwick were focussed on what I wanted and the outcome I was after. The house went to auction and sold within Sue’s estimated value. It was my first auction but Sues experienced council helped a lot and enabled me to achieve the outcome I was wanting. I could not have asked for a better Agent. She made the process simple, effective and I found her easy to deal with. I will be engaging her again in a couple of years for a future project. The sale of our late parents’ home went seamlessly thanks to Sue’s outstanding service. She understood and took on board our wish to sell to owner occupiers and to minimize disruption for our tenants. She also went the extra mile helping our tenants with a new rental. The house sold to a young couple within six weeks of going on the market and sale price aligned favourably with the appraisal.
