Andrew was a very personable and competent real estate agent. Andrew Townsend gave clear and knowledgeable information about the current market and sound advice about the best way to sell our house. Once we signed up with him he got on with the job and got our first open home organised for the week before Christmas. Marketing was clearly working as we had well attended open homes and individual viewings right up until a sale became unconditional. He was sensitive to my husband's health issues and gave confidence that we would sell without too much hassle. I certainly recommend Andrew Townsend as a great choice if you want to sell your home.

Quick sale and amazingly low real estate fees! After having enough of paying ridiculous real estate fees with other companies I tried Tall Poppy who got Andrew onto the job straight away. Paying less certainly didn't mean getting less. Andrew was professional, honest and reliable through-out the selling process from beginning to end. From sticking to the costs he gave us at the beginning right through to doing the lawns for me (at no cost) the day before settlement! Thanks Andrew. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone serious about selling their property.

Sale of Huntly Property The process of selling a property is a daunting one at best Andrew listened to what I wanted to do and suggested the best options for a genuine sale.
