I cant recommend Ultimate Properties highly enough. They make owning a rental property very easy. Excellent communication, fast response to repairs and reasonable fee charged for their wonderful services. I would never consider trying to do what they do, it is money well spent in my opinion!!!

Juky has been absolutely amazing, I could not recommend her enough if you are after an experienced, professional property manager! She has an eye to detail, very responsive and always keeps you in the loop. I cannot thank Juky enough for all her support, guidance and hard work.
