I am a landlord, They have been looking after my multiple rental properties for 3 years. They have done a good job. Quick in finding tenants and quick in solving issues like repairs. The best part of their service is communication. All emails and equities are responded almost immediately, at all the time (even during evening and holidays). I used to have another big agent as my property manager, who only replied less than 1/3 of my emails. They seem always there, ready to talk. The rents they get for me are always good, sometimes even exceed my expectation. We had no troubles at all so far with tenants. From a landlord point of view, they are just awesome.

They are the best property management team I have met so far. Fast response, easy communication, and reasonable charging for service. Definitely recommend to all.

In August this year, I moved to Hamilton to live with Chris “The man of my dreams”. (see Pic - Seeking long term rental) Disappointment is a huge understatement with the agent and service we had from one of Hamilton’s largest, long serving companies. And then we met Erin Qi from UTrust who EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS – love it when the advertisement matches the service – (see pic) I recommend UTrust and especially the GOLD SERVICE that Erin gives. I am looking forward to keeping in contact with Erin, when we move into our long term rental in Rototuna, Hamilton before Christmas. I know Erin is usually an inspector, but stepped in to help out with the rental side. This in my opinion, is a good way that great companies like UTrust actively show how they support and value all their employees. i.e. it EMPOWERS UTrust people (like Erin) to give the best service to renters (like myself and Chris, the man of my dreams)… or in other words… SETS EVERYBODY UP FOR SUCCESS. Utrust has been managed our property for a few year and what we can say is its a hassle free. Our property used to managed by Eves, which had a excellent serivce at the begining. However, after the original property manager left the company, the problems started, such as we suddently received a big bill of the lawn mowing fee which were liable to the tenant but Eves had never invoice them. They suddenly sent us a bill after the tenant left and need us to pay. We shifted to utrust and they solved all the issues. After that, we have never had any issues regards to rent and any maintenace issues.

Shelly and Patrick are highly responsible and professional property managers. They have been looking after our property for many years, highly recommended.
