Kelly has been our property manager for several years and we cannot speak highly enough of her work. Kelly is incredibly efficient in organising any repairs or maintenance items at our two rental properties and providing regular inspection reports. As well she communicates very effectively by email, phone or in person, so that we always have clear messages about the state of our properties and the wellbeing of our tenants. We know that when we seek her advice or assistance we will receive the best professional care available.. Kelly is awesome !

will change my rating if I see changes this year? its 2022 now! onwards and upwards! - really helpful staff in general here, but they're a bit too busy I think. I've had rentals with them, so I know how patient they can be, I just wish they would take a look at my proposals tho! most of them should know me by now "The Moss Crew HB" should ring bells for some of you, I'm just trying to help their clients, a lot of whom used to be our clients too lol the quotes I'm sending them are genuine and good value not to mention the treatments we offer last the longest in this climate of Hawkes Bay! in the best interests of the client they should be looking at my emails more closely at least faithfully forwarding them so their client can make a better informed judgement on their investments ! ... once the damage is done to the roof, ITS DONE then it becomes a constant cycle and that's what my assessments will prevent IF ACTED ON. And that should be the first priority guys ! my client is always KING in my book, not the business 😉

Property manager Kathy Te Whaiti is awesome! Very responsive with letting her know if their is anything needing fixing in the home. Gives ample notice before inspection as well transitioning into my rental was quick and easy ☺️

Oxygen manage all of our rental properties in Hawkes Bay and have done for nearly 4 years. Tai, Jamie and the rest of the team are the best at what they do. They have their finger on the pulse especially with the recent changes to the RTA. I wouldn't consider any other property management firm as I know our assets are safe and Oxygen truely have our financial best interests at heart.

Lindsey is very professional, efficient and goes the extra mile for me as my PM. Examples of this are my monthly fire alarm checks (multi unit block) and she even picked me up from the airport to take me to view my property when I flew to Napier to view the property. She is very quick to reply to any of my emails I send her as well. I have been offered a cheaper rate else where but have chosen to stay with Oxygen for these reasons.

We are relatively new to property management (18months) and our property manager Katy has been amazing from the beginning, she made things super clear and easy for us. We appreciate her open and excellent communication skills as she regularly keeps us updated especially with any maintenance issues. This is important to us as it shows she is taking great care of our investments. Katy is very good at dealing with our tenants, she is very respectful but also firm when needed. Ultimately a great experience. Our property manager Katy Russell engaged well with us. Initially moving to our property as first home, was smooth and easy. Communication with Katy was timely, efficient and very approachable. In particular when there are property issues of things that needs to be fixed or fault she answer our calls, update us on the progress of repairs and maintenance needed and prioritising of work from time to time. We feel listened to and care for since staying at our property. House inspection are timely and appreciate feedback too as to how we are doing in looking after the property - to us is critical to have open communication with Katy - which she is superb at.
