Lyn and Susie were a great team who really made the effort for us when selling our house. They gave us a sensible estimate of what our house might sell for, comparing it to other sales in the area. We invited Susie and Lyn to give us an appraisal on our property which we were hoping to sell, We had been to some of their open homes and were impressed with their professional approach and obvious experience. We employed them after meeting them and accepted their appraisal which was spot on. Before each open home Susie came in to help set up and advise on anything needing attention. She also gave us great advice on staging.
