Easier than we could have ever imagined!! If it wasn’t for Nick we wouldn’t have even made an offer on our now dream home! What we had deemed as too difficult/hard at the time he then made possible and even easy! His proactive manner ensured we were able to make an offer in time. His communication throughout the whole process was absolutely amazing, guiding and updating us every step of the way. Nothing ever seemed to hard for him and he was able to answer our endless questions and queries with ease. We cannot fault his market knowledge and professionalism, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others wishing to sell or buy in our area. An all round top bloke who really knows his stuff!

Nikki sorts it out! I bought a house that Nikki was the agent for. This happened over Christmas so the deal was fraught with challenges such as banks being closed and lawyer being on holiday.
