Tracy from Inspire Property went above and beyond to help my partner and I find a home suitable for our growing family. She fixed all issues as soon as they arose with my rental and communicated promptly and efficiently at all times. I would recommend renting properties through Inspire Property as they are always professional but also friendly and approachable to tenants as-well, I felt like there was always an open door policy for communication and extra questions. They are great!

I am an australian that is migrating to New Zealand. To prepare for the move I purchased a lovely house overlooking the harbour at Bluff in Southland, Its truly wonderfull spot and yes I love the climate.Due to family issues we could not move at this time so I rented our property through a local company. This has proven disasterous. I wont go into the details here but we are going to seek legal advice such was the gross mismanagement of our house. The former manager of our property was so bad we considered leaving the house vacant. Then we found Tracy from Inspire Property Management. She had the very difficult task of fixing a lot of problems and orgainising a lot of repairs and finishing the eviction of the current tennents. This she has done in a very competent and skillful manner/ I cannot praise Tracy and the Inspire team enough. for anyone looking for a good, competent manager to look after such a big investment I urge you to consider Inspire and move your busines to a busines that will look after your house as if it thier own home. I will conclude by saying that Tracy Love is the best property manager I have used in the last 30 years. Fair to tennents but looks after the interests of the owner with getting competent trades at charge reasonable fees. I now feel very secure knowing our home is in the best possible hands Sincerely Tony Scott
