m.As a property investor with a number of properties it was important I found somebody competent to manage the day to day running of them. It was by recommendation 6 years ago from another real estate company that we meet with Leeann and have a chat about overseeing the day to day management of our portfolio.
We are certainly glad we followed that advice. Leeann has been nothing but professional, curtious and dedicated. Leeann has a great relationship with all my tenants and has become what I would call a good friend to my wife and I.
Nothing has ever been an issue regardless of what time of the day or night I call, in fact there has been a number of occasions where I have called during her time off and she still answered, going above and beyond the call of duty.
We have found Leeann to be dedicated to both her clients and the tenants and would not hesitate to recommend Rent South Ltd as a property management service.

It was a couple of months before the Healthy Homes legislation came into force. As I was from out of town, and .totally new to the requirements, I asked Leeann Tautari, of Rent South Ltd, to manage the property for me. She was fully aware off all the requirements, had the contacts of the companies available for each of the different steps, to complete the task, on time, and to a good standard.
To my surprise, she also arranged a short term tenant, which was a help in covering a small portion of the costs..
