T.Heath has been fantastic. This is the first time we have sold at auction and Heath was able to walk us through the process. We always received fantastic feedback from open homes and his communication was outstanding. We met weekly to discuss and he provided a written Property Report which clearly showed who had been through the property and the interest they had. The auction result was awesome due in no small part to Heath's professionalism. A real pleasure to deal with.
